特点及用途
l 一步法:设备投入小,操作简单,成本低,保质期达1年。产品被使用时温度控制要求严格,操作工艺要求高。
l 二步法:设备投入大,成本高,保质期达半年。产品被使用时温度易控制,开线速度快,质量稳定性好(主要表现在电缆的外观质量及热收缩指标上)。
l 用途:用作0.6~10Kv中、低压电力电缆、架空电缆的绝缘层。
 
包装运输及贮存
包装:铝塑复合防潮包装25公斤/袋(二步法料内含小袋包装催化母料B);
运输:小心轻放,以防破包;
贮存:产品吸潮性强,打开包装后应立即使用,不必进行预干燥;产品未用完,需密封,后续使用间隔时间不宜过长,否则会影响挤出外观。
 
执行标准:JB/T10437-2004。

Feature and Usage
l One-step method: the equipment investment is less, the operation is simple, the cost is low, and the quality guarantee period is up to 1 year. Temperature control when the product is used. Strict requirements and high operating process requirements.
l Two-step method: the equipment investment is large, the cost is high,  the quality guarantee period is up to  half a year. The temperature is easy to be controlled when the product is used, and setting-out speed is fast and the quality stability is good (mainly shown on the appearance quality and thermal shrinkage index of cable).
l Purpose: used as the insulation layer of  0.6 ~ 10KV medium and low-voltage power cable and overhead cable

Packaging, transportation and storage
Packaging: aluminum-plastic composite dampproof package: 25kg/ bag (in two-step method, catalytic masterbatch B with small bag packing is contained inside the material ); 
 
Transportation: Handle with care to avoid breaking the bag;

Storage: the moisture absorption property of product is strong, the product shall be used immediately after opening the packaging, and the pre-drying is not necessary; If the product is not used completely, it is required to be sealed, and the  time interval for subsequent use should not be too long; otherwise, the extrusion appearance will be affected.
