硅烷交联聚乙烯架空绝缘料(专用于出口)
特点和用途:
特点:针对客户特殊要求而设计,炭黑分散性好、电缆的执收缩指标稳定、耐紫外光性
能优。用户生产电缆的绝缘层与铜芯直接接触仍具有很好的热氧化稳定性
用途:用作0.6~1Kv低压架空电缆的绝缘层用。
 
包装运输及储存:
包装:铝塑复合防潮包装25公斤/袋;
运输:小心轻放,以防破包;
贮存:产品吸潮性强,打开包装后应立即使用,不必进行预干燥;产品未用完,需密封,后续使用间隔时间不宜过长,否则会影响挤出外观。
 
执行标准:AS/NZS 3808(部份指标参照JB/T10260-2014)

Characteristics and Purpose:
Characteristics: designed for customer's special requirements, the dispersion of carbon black is good, and the heat shrinkage index of cable is stable and ultraviolet resistance . Excellent performance The direct contact between the insulation layer of cable produced by the user and the copper core still has good thermal oxidation stability.
Purpose: used as insulation layer of 0.6 ~ 1kV LV overhead cable.
Packaging, transportation and storage
Packaging: aluminum-plastic composite damp-proof package: 25kg/ bag;
Transportation Handle with care to avoid breaking the bag;
Storage: the moisture absorption property of product is strong, the product shall be used immediately after opening the packaging, and the pre-drying is not necessary;
If the product is not used completely, it is required to be sealed, and the  time interval for subsequent use should not be too long; otherwise, the extrusion appearance will be affected.
 
Executive  Standard: AS/ NZS 3808 (partial indicators refer to JB/ T10260-2014)
